The YMCA OF MIDDLETOWN Barracudas Swim Team is a year round competitive swim team for children and teens ages 5 to 18 years old. The Barracudas are members of United States Swimming (USS), the Empire State Swim League (ESSL), and Metropolitan Swimming.
