Birthday Parties

AT THE Y!

Make your next birthday party a splash in the pool… or make it a big hit with fun and games! Your family is responsible for decorations, food, refreshments, cake, and any activities in the party room. Our Birthday Party Coordinator will assist you in decorating and organizing the party.

• Parties should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
• Booking subject to availability.
• Fee includes 15 guests. No charge for guest of honor.
• Additional guest $5 per guest, due on the day of the party.
• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve a date.
• All parties must be paid in full before the party date.

Details: Need some room for the kids to run around? Book a Sports party in the Lyons Den at the YMCA OF MIDDLETOWN and we’ll organize all the games. Activities can include Sports, Games, Fitness Challenges & MORE

GLOW-IN-THE-DARK POOL PARTY
Details: After dark, party guests will have fun lighting up the pool with glow sticks and other glow-in-the-dark items for an illuminating experience.

OUTDOOR PARTY

Adventure awaits at YMCA Camp Robbins, in Walden, NY where the party host can choose from a wide variety of outdoor activities including swimming, hiking, a climbing tower, ropes courses, zip lines, and more.

PARTY INCLUDES
Cote Lodge: The lodge holds a maximum of 100 guests and features garage type doors that open it up to the outdoors.
Restrooms:Located at Cote Lodge.
Picnic Area:The outdoor seating area around the lodge seats 50-60 guests.
Pavilions (2):Each pavilion is a short walk from Cote Lodge and each seats up to 40 guests.
Barbecue Grill:A propane grill is located at Cote Lodge.
