• A non-refundable registration fee is required to hold placement. Registrations must include the registration fee and first payment at the time of registration and the automatic draft will begin on the 1st of the following month.
• You may register at any time throughout the school year, space permitting.
• There is a waiting period of 3 school days from the date of registration to the date a child may start Club Kid. Anything received after 6PM will be considered submitted on the following date when counting the 3 school day waiting period.
• After August 15, September must be paid in full.
• In order to begin the program on the first day of school, registration must be complete by August 27, before 6pm.
• Students who are registered after 6pm on Wednesday, August 27-September 3, (with all required paperwork completed and submitted to the Y) will be eligible to begin the program on Monday, September 8. All other registrations will follow the standard 3-school-day waiting period once the required paperwork is completed and submitted to the Y.
• Changes & Cancellation: A $10 fee will be charged to your account in order to make changes to your child’s enrollment. This includes modifying the number of days, adding or subtracting program times, or temporarily canceling for any period of time. A Club Kid Change Form must be submitted 30 days prior to the 15th of the month. All changes require a 5 school day notice prior to the effective date. Anything received after 6PM will not be included in the 5 school day waiting period. Please click the button below to download the change form.
