Each Member is issued a permanent key tag. Please swipe your key tag on each visit. Use of a key tag by anyone other than the Member to whom it belongs is strictly prohibited. There is a $10 charge to replace a lost key tag.

All Memberships are pro-rated for the month you sign up. Annual Members are expected to pay the pro-rated fee plus the first year fee upon registration. Monthly draft Members are expected to pay the pro-rated fee and the enrollment fee when signing up.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES: In cases where classes are cancelled by the YMCA, due to inclement weather or other circumstances, all attempts will be made to make up those classes during the week following the end of the current session. If the Y is unable to offer a make-up date, we will issue an appropriate credit or refund. Please note that such refunds or credits take at least two weeks to process.
SWITCHING CLASSES: When space is available, a $5 fee will be charged to switch a class once the session has started. Switching is only possible before or during the first 2 weeks of each session.
MISSED CLASSES: Class attendance is the responsibility of each YMCA participant. There are NO refunds, credits or make-ups available for classes missed for personal reasons.
WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES: There are no refunds. Credits will only be issued when withdrawal from class(es) is due to a medical reason. A doctor’s note must be provided including the dates of absence.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: Monthly Memberships have a 10 day money back guarantee. Membership dues are nontransferable. Unused Annual Membership can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. A written, 30-day notice is required when cancelling a monthly draft.
FREEZE POLICY: Memberships may be ‘frozen’ for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months per year. There is a $10 monthly charge to freeze a Membership; all requests must be made in writing at least two weeks prior to the desired freeze date. Annual Memberships must pay the required freeze fee when the request is made. There is no charge for freezing a membership due to medical reasons. A doctor’s note must be provided in the event of a medical freeze. A doctor’s note must also be provided when unfreezing the membership to verify you are able to resume physical activity.
Our YMCA has instituted a cell phone policy for the protection of each Member’s privacy and safety as well as to maintain a peaceful environment for all to enjoy. Cell phone use is prohibited in all Wellness Centers, fitness and program areas and all locker rooms. Common social areas such as hallways and lounges may be used for conversations. We appreciate your adherence to this policy on behalf of your fellow Members.

Each guest receives one (1) complimentary Guest Pass.
Once a guest has used the complimentary pass, additional Guest Passes may be purchased.
Guests 13 & Older: $15
Guests must check in at the Welcome Center and sign a waiver.
Guests age 18 & older, must provide a valid photo ID.
A guest who purchases three (3) passes within 30 days of purchasing a YMCA Membership may apply those payments toward the cost of the Membership. Guests are required to follow the YMCA’s Code of Conduct.
