GIVE IT A TRI

Get through it, win it, either way just TRI it!
Each wave will begin with a 10 minute swim, transition to a 20 minute cycle and end with a 20 minute run. The more distance you cover during your swim, cycle, and run, the higher you score.

All proceeds benefit the Y’s Annual Strong Kids Campaign.

Must be at least 4’11’’ to participate.

Warm Up: 8:00 am-8:45 am
First Wave: 9:00 am
Sections of the gym & pool will remain open during the event for later waves to warm up.

$25 per person • $75 for relay groups of 3
