Our YMCA offers a variety of both instructional and competitive sports programs. Infants and toddlers develop motor skills in our parent and child programs. Instructional classes introduce youth and teens to a variety of sports and lay the foundation for a commitment to an active lifestyle or passion for a specific sport. Our competitive teams further develop young athletes into varsity and collegiate level athletes.

Kids also have the opportunity to win t-shirts and other prizes for demonstrating the most sportsmanship or team leadership and winning various skill competitions throughout the season.
