| KIDS CAVE (Ages 7-12) |
| The Kids Cave is a special activity room dedicated to our youth members, ages 7-12 years old. The room is supervised at all times by one of our energetic youth department employees. Kids will workout on weight machines and stationary bikes built just for kids. We also have cardio-game bikes, so kids can enjoy playing a video game while getting a great cardio workout. Kids Cave participants will also utilize the gymnasium and multi-purpose room where they will play a variety of sports and challenge themselves on our climbing wall. After a hard workout, kids can continue to challenge themselves by playing games on our computers or Wii Fit.
Please Note: Children 12 and under must have a parent present in the building.

| TEEN FIT (Ages 13 & 14) |
| All 13 & 14 year old members MUST complete 3 orientations with a fitness trainer prior to working out in the wellness center. During orientation, teens will be taught how to properly and safely use all exercise equipment. The fitness trainer will educate teens about the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.
Please Note: Teens must work out with a parent/guardian when using free weights. |

| PARENT & CHILD YOGA (Ages 2-5) |
This class is perfect for stay-at-home parents. This is a wonderful way to spend time together while getting a great workout for both parent and child. Classes include exercise, meditation, game playing, and story telling to make yoga come to life and create balance, focus, and strength in a safe learning environment.

| Children's Yoga promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem while encouraging your child to explore and discover his/her mind & body in a fun-filled way! Pilates incorporates body and mind. In Pilates it is more important to execute a few repetitions of an exercise correctly versus numerous, mindless repetitions. The result is longer, leaner muscles, clarity of mind, and a feeling of “refreshment” after class. Pilates incorporates elements of yoga, swimming, Greco Roman exercise, breathing techniques, boxing, rowing, dance, and gymnastics.

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

| MILEAGE CLUB (Ages 13 & Over) |
This is an excellent way to keep fit and have fun exercising. Keep track of the number of miles you accumulate on our indoor track, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, AMT's or with our outdoor walking program. Total miles accumulated must be accomplished by a combination of workouts on at least two cardio machines or one cardio machine and participation in the outdoor walking program. You will be provided with a chart to record your mileage and incentives will be awarded for reaching the 100, 200 and 300 mile marks.

| There is strong evidence that a well-structured karate program helps participants develop stronger self-confidence and self-esteem. Children who participate in karate may also focus better in their everyday activities. The focus of our karate/judo classes is on discipline, leadership, and FUN! Participants will gain total body control and coordination as they are taught proper body movement, kicks and punches.

| MEN’S FREESTYLE WRESTLING CLUB (Ages 19 & Older) |
Our Men’s freestyle wrestling club is coached by a volunteer coach with years of wrestling experience. The group meets twice a week and practices include a warm-up, stretches, drills, and technique training. Head gear and knee pads are optional. Wrestling shoes are mandatory. Participants must hand in a completed medical consent form prior to participating.

| CHEERLEADING (Ages 4-18) |
| The YMCA of Middletown is host to the Cheer Dome Angelz. The Angelz offer year-round competitive Cheer teams as well as a non-competitive Cheernastics program for beginners. This unique sport is a combination of cheer, gymnastics, acrobatics, and athletic dance. Try-outs for the competitive teams are held 3 times a year.
Cheernastics (Ages 4-12)
This is a non-competitive program for beginners. Participants will be introduced to the sport and be taught the skills they need to later try-out for the competitive teams.
Angelz Sparks (Ages 4-8)
Angelz Explosion (Ages 6-14)
Angelz Force (Ages 11-18)
These are year-round competitive teams which require a one year commitment from participants. Competitions do require travel. Fees include gym time, uniforms, choreography, competition fees, and travel expenses.
Practices are held twice a week.

| ADULT VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (Ages 19 & Older) |
| The volleyball league is run over a course of 16 weeks. The first two weeks of the season will be open volleyball games. Teams will be chosen by a draft during the second week. Teams may practice together during the third and fourth weeks of open games. Games will begin during the fifth week. Games will be played for twelve weeks. Each player will receive a team t-shirt and the league champions will win individual trophies at the end of the season.
