Annual Memberships

An annual membership expires one year from the first full month after your join date. When signing up the member is expected to pay the partial month’s pro-rated fee, the annual fee, and the building fee.

Bank Draft & Credit Card Draft Memberships

This is a continuous membership that is automatically withdrawn from a checking, savings, or credit card account each month.

This is a convenient, easy method of payment requiring a down payment of the first month’s
fee, pro-rated for the month you sign up and the building fee. There is no expiration date
for Bank Draft and Credit Card Draft memberships. To terminate the automatic bank/credit
card draft and/or to change draft information the member must give 30 days notice.

Administrative Fees

The following fees will be charged to Members for the services provided:

Lost Swipe Card $15

Checks/Bank draft returned items $25
