Membership Registration

*Note – Membership registration must be done in person at the YMCA of Middletown.

The following billing options are available for Family, Adult, Senior & College Memberships.

1)Monthly Checking/ Savings account draft
2)Monthly Credit/ Debit card draft
3)Annual payment by cash, check or credit/debit card

If signing up for a monthly draft, the responsible billing party must be present at the
time of registration in order to sign the membership application.

Youth and Teen memberships are paid on an annual basis by cash, check or credit/debit card.

Each membership type will have a pro-rated fee for the first month of membership.

A $75 building fee will be applied to Family, Adult and Senior memberships.

*Proof of age and or residence may be required upon registration.
