Base Camp

This room is dedicated to those individuals who are:

  • New to exercise
  • Returning to exercise
  • Sporadic Exercisers
  • Recovering from injury or illness

The Base camp is equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, elipticals, and Quantum circuit equipment. Ample space is also available for stretching and floor exercises.

Aside from being a smaller, more personal room to workout in, Base Camp also offers individuals a chance to participate in smaller group fitness classes designed specifically for our Base Camp users.

Base Camp Classes

WELCOME TO BASE CAMP

Nervous or not sure how to get started?During this "How To" session one of our coaches will provide you with a short orientation on how to use the Quantum circuit training machines.

CARDIO CIRCUIT/FLEX & STRETCH

This class is a full 30 minutes of a cardio circuit training followed by 15 minutes of flexibility & stretching exercises.

Monday            9:15 - 10:00AM

 
CARDIO CIRCUIT/BUTTS & GUTS

This class includes a full 30 minutes of cardio circuit training followed by 15 minutes of concentrated abdominal & glute work with use of the stability balls or mats.

Wednesday     9:15 - 10:00AM

CARDIO CIRCUIT/LOWER BODY BLAST

This class is a full 30 minutes of cardio circuit training with a focus on the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves; followed by 15 minutes of concentrated lower body mat work.

TOTAL BODY TONE

This 30-45 minute class alternates between the Quantum circuit machines, free weights, exercise tubing, stability balls, and other strength training equipment.

CALIENTE CIRCUIT

This 45 minute class alternates between the Quantum circuit machines, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Reggeton dance moves to Latin music.
